History
We have been serving Oxford and adjacent areas since 1996. The company was founded by Reggie Caruthers in that same year. Oxford Land Company's main office is located on US Hwy 301 in a building that was converted from an old packing house used by Caruthers Produce for 50 years.

Agents
We have 8 agents, two who are Broker/Associates. All of our agents are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds and all are committed to the Business of Real Estate. Among the designations earned by Oxford Land Company's Realtors® are CCIM, ALC(2), GRI(2), SFR and CRMS.

Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to the Mid-FL Regional Multiple Listing Service, Ocala/Marion County Multiple Listing Service, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our associates need in order to better serve you.

We also have full time office staff to accommodate your needs. Your call will be answered when your Agent is not available to ensure that your transaction is timely processed.
