My company had experienced a fire that destroyed our commercial building, 6 months prior to meeting Robbie Shoemaker (a real estate agent with Oxford Land Company). We were in the process of purchasing a commercial building when our attorneys reviewed the survey and pointed out right of way, and parking issues. If we had blindly followed the advice and suggestions of our prior real estate agents, we later would have had legal issues to access our property. Thankfully, we were able to walk away from this unpleasant experience without any serious detriment to our company.
Soon after, I discovered a building that was listed by Robbie Shoemaker. I contacted him and immediately he was available to show the building and answer all relevant questions. I was given a binder with various building/property specifications, which was an entirely different (and better) experience than I had had previously. From the first moment, I was extremely impressed with Robbie's professionalism and knowledge of the property. Through the entire process I felt as though Robbie was advocating for me, as well as his client, to ensure a smooth and fully disclosed sale of the property. He remained highly accessible by phone or in person throughout the entire process. Brian Sumner, his assistant, was also a great help to me in many ways. I contacted Brian several times and he always quickly responded and followed through with any questions or concerns.
Over all, Robbie's consistent communication, knowledge of the market, and honest approach are unparalleled by any other agent I've seen. I would highly recommend Robbie Shoemaker and Oxford Land Company.
